The IT Support portal allows you to create tickets and view knowledge base articles for issues with technology. When creating tickets, the form supplies information we need to easily solve your issues. If you are having issues with equipment you regularly use, you can associate assets in your ticket to help us out.
I don't remember my password! Am I able to create tickets?
In order to create tickets, you must be logged in. If you've forgotten your password, please go to https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/ and follow the instructions there.
How can I create a ticket?
Click the button that says "Report an issue" and you will be guided through the process of making a ticket. Be sure to select the correct category for your issue.
I already have a ticket open but haven't received a response in a while. Should I make a new one?
No. Creating another ticket does not bump your older one to the top of the list. If you haven't received a response from us, please give us some more time.
